    aka THE VISIONARY

    Kea studied Civil Engineering at Imperial College and received his Master’s of Engineering before starting his career at Ernst & Young in London, where he worked with companies in retail and consumer products. He then spent a few years leading his family’s business and has since invested in multiple business ventures including a few franchise stores of Gong Cha in Malaysia.

    Like a true visionary, Kea is always looking ahead to see where we can take the business and how we can make a bigger impact in this space. His wealth of experience in property and construction is ideal for curating our portfolio of sites. Kea’s ambition, entrepreneurial experience, extensive network and understanding of the London market is vital to the growth of Rice Guys.

    aka THE HEART

    Andrew received his Master’s of Engineering from Oxford University and started his career at Deloitte where he managed medium sized and listed companies. He then worked as an analyst and fund accountant at Noble Group and BlueBay Asset Management, assisting upper management with financial planning and analysis, leading sizable teams.

    You can always count on Andrew to be the real nice guy and help with anything you need. His strength and spirit keeps us going in this industry, and unparalleled energy manages our fast-growing team. He also oversees the implementation of systems and processes within the Company. Andrew brings his expertise in financial planning and analysis, and experience managing teams to Rice Guys.

    aka THE BRAND

    Vanessa graduated with her Master’s degree in Business Taxation, and Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southern California, then built her career at Ernst & Young in Los Angeles where she managed private equity clients. She then moved to EY London to manage global clients in the asset management and real estate investment funds space.

    A natural problem-solver, her creativity, resourcefulness and can-do attitude takes her everywhere from the production kitchen to product design and branding. Having learned generations of Cantonese, Hokkien, Malaysian Chinese and Nyonya cooking at home, Vanessa utilizes many of these influences in developing Rice Guys recipes.

    aka THE INTUITION

    Natalie graduated from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu London and has garnered years of experience working in the catering and hospitality industry where she specialized in event catering and planning.

    Her natural leadership skills coupled with her strong organizational ability make Natalie integral to Rice Guys. She leads our kitchen team and mobile team as well as manages the operations at the retail sites, implementing internal controls for quality and procedures to maximize efficiencies.

    aka THE ULTIMATE TEAMPLAYER

    Kaman trained as a professional musician and has since leveraged her attention to detail and analytical abilities to excel in her role at Rice Guys.

    She has created team synergies in multiple sub teams within Rice Guys and continues to lead by example, motivating the team to surpass goal after goal.
